Can I send a gift to my teammate or contractor in India from abroad?
Yes. Enter their address in India, pick food or a cake, and pay with your own card. There's no Indian phone number, OTP, UPI, or Indian bank account needed on your side or theirs.
They're on Upwork, Fiverr, Deel, or Remote. Does that matter?
No. However you work with them, you just need a delivery address in India. Ask where to send it, or use an office address they're comfortable sharing.
Do I need their Indian phone number?
No. Any number works, including an international one. We use it to confirm the timing with them before we place the order, and the rider uses it on the day, so give a number they will actually answer.
Can I do this for a whole team?
